Description
This deliciously smooth duck foie gras mousse of whipped duck livers by the great foie gras producer Rougié of France is ideal to serve over toast as an appetizer, or with fresh baby greens. Keep in the fridge for flavour (this is shelf-stable so it actually doesn’t require any refrigeration), but take out about 15 minutes before serving.
– Ingredients: Duck foie gras, duck fat, water, whole liquid eggs, Armagnac brandy, salt, pepper port wine (tawny port wine, salt pepper, sulfites), salt, sugar, white pepper sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
